Herrick Presents Civil Litigation Pratice Update at NH Bar CLE

CONCORD, NH — Attorney Jeanne Herrick presented the civil practice update at the New Hampshire Bar Association’s October 30thCLE, “Developments in the Law 2009.” Herrick’s presentation included a review of recently enacted laws and over two dozen civil cases decided in the past year. Attorney Herrick represents clients in civil litigation in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Her litigation practice ranges from representing contractors in construction disputes to businesses in employment matters to representing governmental entities in civil rights and municipal liability litigation. She also defends banks in consumer complaints and enforces creditors' rights in bankruptcy. Herrick is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and the Massachusetts Bar.
