Matthews Presents on Special Education Law and Avoiding Due Process

CONCORD, NH — Attorney Marla Matthews presented to the Annual Academy for New Special Education Administrators (Level 1) on November 6th. Matthews provided an overview of special education law and some practical approaches to avoid due process hearings. The Academy is run by the New Hampshire Association of Special Education Administrators. The Level 1 Academy is intended to be most useful for special education administrators who are new to the profession.
