Matthews Presents on Special Ed Law to Plymouth State Masters Program Class

CONCORD, NH — Marla Matthews, an attorney with Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, presented to students enrolled in Plymouth State University's Masters Program in Special Education on January 7, 2010.
