Donald Gartrell represents business clients in a wide variety of matters primarily related to real estate development, municipal law and taxation. He also advises business entities such as corporations and limited liability companies. Don serves several municipalities as legal counsel, bringing many years of experience as a town moderator and board member to the full range of issues faced by cities and towns.
Don has served the New Hampshire and Merrimack County Bar Associations as an officer and director, including the chairmanship of the Real Property and Probate Section of the New Hampshire State Bar. Before entering private practice, Don was in military service as a staff judge advocate in the U.S. Air Force.
He graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1962 with a degree in economics and Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1965.
