Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell provides interdisciplinary assistance to mass transit, rail and air services clients in the areas of financing, regulation, public policy, and economic analysis.

In support of the Concord Transportation Center project to integrate New Hampshire bus and rail service, we teamed with Concord Trailways to help orchestrate federal programs, state agencies, city officials and environmental concerns — emphasizing a systems approach to statewide inter-model transportation.

On an ongoing basis, we work in cooperation with the New Hampshire Department of Transportation to revitalize the freight rail infrastructure, and to help secure federal and state financing for highway construction projects.
