Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C. is seeking a litigation associate to join our complex civil litigation and medical malpractice defense practices. Our litigation group is engaged in a wide variety of civil litigation matters before the New Hampshire state and federal courts as well as federal and state agencies. The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience providing support with all facets of civil litigation and an interest in further developing their skills and building their career under the guidance of the experienced lawyers in the firm. We are looking for a motivated person with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and research skills, and good humor who is excited to work with our collegial and collaborative team.

Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, P.C., is seeking a full-time litigation paralegal. The position will support multiple attorneys.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of working both independently and as member of a team, and possess strong writing and research skills. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field and a paralegal certificate or equivalent are preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and document management software required. Experience with medical terminology and managing voluminous medical records is a plus.

Located in Concord, New Hampshire, GCG offers a comprehensive range of legal services across various sectors and practice areas, including commercial real estate, mergers and acquisitions, land use, medical malpractice defense, business and commercial litigation, employment litigation, and civil rights litigation. With a multidisciplinary approach, GCG serves clients in industries such as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, energy, real estate, and healthcare.
GCG’s attorneys practice before New Hampshire state and federal courts and agencies and have been recognized in publications such as Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®.
Candidates must have completed their 2L year by Summer 2026 and should be interested in providing support to all areas in which the firm practices.
