GCG Welcomes Caroline Lyons as Associate Attorney
CONCORD, NH — Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell is pleased to welcome Attorney Caroline Lyons as an associate in the firm. Attorney Lyons brings a broad range of experiences to bear on multifaceted legal problems in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and securities law, banking law, and land use.
Prior to joining Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell, Caroline interned with the legal and compliance departments of a New York City private equity firm. There, she assisted with reviews of nondisclosure agreements, purchase agreements, and researched and reviewed information barriers, Regulation D filings, and private equity fundraising announcements. She also worked previously as an investment funds paralegal with a New York City law firm. While in law school, Caroline externed with Justice Carol Ann Conboy of the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
Caroline graduated cum laude from the University of New Hampshire School of Law and earned her bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from Colby College. In law school she was a Daniel Webster Scholar, president of the Student Bar Association, and justice of Phi Alpha Delta. She was also awarded “Outstanding Law Student” by the National Association of Women Lawyers. Caroline competed in the National Student Trial Advocacy Competition with her Advanced Trial Advocacy team, and worked as a teaching assistant for Torts, Legal Writing, and Negotiations. She also tutored for Legal Writing and Property Law, and was a student mentor.
Attorney Lyons is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and currently serves on the Membership Committee of the New Hampshire Women’s Bar Association.
