Samantha Elliott Elected Shareholder-Director

CONCORD, NH — Gallagher, Callahan & Gartrell is pleased to announce that Samantha Elliott has been elected a Shareholder-Director of the firm.

Attorney Elliott is a member of the firm’s litigation team. Her practice focuses on business and commercial disputes, property rights, probate issues, and municipal defense in civil rights litigation. She was named to the 2012 New England Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for General Litigation.

Attorney Elliott currently serves on the boards of New Hampshire Legal Assistance, the Merrimack County Bar Association, and the Woodside School. She is also vice chair of the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Federal Practice Section. Samantha is a graduate of Columbia Law School where she was a Stone Scholar and received her bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from Colgate University.
